Carolyn Dale was born in Nashville and has lived here most of her life. While she has a broad experience in various practice areas, she regularly practices bankruptcy, probate, estate planning and family law. She has extensive training in wills and trusts, and applies that expertise in some elder law cases. Ms. Dale brings a wealth of legal and business experience to Morgan Dale Law, PLLC.
Ms. Dale’s father, Lucien Dale, practiced law in the Nashville area for over 50 years. She practiced with him before striking out on her own, and forming Morgan Dale Law, PLLC in 2020.
Ms. Dale completed her undergraduate education at Belmont University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and later a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Nashville School of Law.
She has called Rutherford County home for a few years, where she enjoys taking long walks with her dogs and spending time with family and friends.
